Thank you for purchasing from Supah Sonic Beats.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a beat, license, or digital file has been purchased and delivere

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All products sold on Supah Sonic Beats are digital audio files (MP3, WAV, or stems) that are delivered instantly after payment. Because these files cannot be returned, refunds cannot be issued once the download has been made available.

Please ensure that you review the product details and licensing terms carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions may be considered only in the following cases:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order.

  • The purchased file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded.

  • There was a technical error during the payment process.
